My name is Alisha Lauchie', and I am the Owner + Founder of Gracewood Candles. I've always loved to create. In fact, the very first candle I ever made was a Christmas gift for family members. As a social worker and therapist by trade, I love to take what I've learned about our emotions and experiences to create products that evoke feelings of joy, inspiration, and peace. I'm also a wife to my husband Evan and mommy to our sweet babies Elijah, Eva, and Alivia.
We wanted our candles to be bright, colorful and inspiring while having all the benefits of a natural clean burning candle! Our candles are hand poured in small batches using 100% soy wax, cotton core wicks and non-toxic phthalate free fragrances. They feature colorful designs and inspirational words to bring light to your day.
Life is full of beautiful ups and downs, I know I've experienced my own. We strive to spread light by sharing inspirational products, relatable faith-filled stories, dreams and goals, and ways we can show encouragement and love to ourselves and others. "You are the light of the world!"
