HAND POURED

All of our scented soy candles are hand poured in Grand Rapids, MI. Since each candle is hand poured with soy wax it is not uncommon for candles to vary slightly in appearance. This is part of what makes purchasing hand made candles such a unique experience! Each one is hand crafted with care. Our colored candles may also have "frosting" at times. This is very normal for soy candles and in no way effects the burn quality, its just how the color settles as the wax cools.

SHIPPING

All orders typically ship within 4-5 business days. We use priority mail shipping so your order can get to you as quickly as possible! We package all candles as carefully as possible so they arrive to you safely and unharmed. However we do know that mistakes can happen during the shipping process. In the event that a candle arrives to you damaged we are happy to provide a replacement. Please note that in the event any of our candles are out of stock we will be working diligently to get them re-listed. If you have any questions about stock don't hesitate to ask.
